Payment

• The sum of money must be settle before the delivery day, all deposits paid and payment are non-refundable.
• Payment: Cash, EPS

Charge / Cancellation of order

• No cancellation of order is accepted and all flowers / plants / goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• If you wish to change your order, a notification of 24 hours by phone is required; and 1 week phone notice is required for wedding decoration arrangement.
• All orders made by fax / email / online will be confirmed by us within 24 hours. If you do not receive our confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.

Delivery

• Please notice the delivery fees are not equal of different products. If you have any enquire, please don't hesitate to contact us.
• We will try to accommodate the requested delivery time but will be subject to traffic situations./li>

Seasonal Availability

• Due to seasonal and regional availability of flowers, not all flowers shown in the catalogue are available at all time. Substitution of flowers of similar style with equal or greater value may be necessary.
• As flowers are natural products, colours may vary from that shown in the catalogue / photo references. However, we will try our best to maintain colour scheme, size and shape of the flower arrangement.
• Fa May Yee reserves the right to adjust the prices of flower arrangements without prior notice; in case of any disputes, the decision of Fa May Yee shall remain final.
